Peak Pose: Eka Pada Galavasana
An incredibly detailed practice that moves into this intense arm balancing pose. Strengthen and engage the core and integrate the arms and shoulders in new ways in order to find lift and centering and float up into this flying pose.
Targets: Hamstring-contracting and lengthening, shoulder girdle connection, and hip and heart opening, intense core engagement
