In this class, Chad incorporates all of the hip work done in the previous class ("Hip Hip Hooray") with a juicy arm class to set us up for the PEAK POSE arm balance "EKA PADA GALAVASANA." Class taught live on 07/02/2021.
ROAM’s version of an Open Level [Intermediate/Advanced] class - LEVEL TWO is for those who have a basic understanding of Flow concepts and how to transition in and out of numerous postures linked together.
Teachers make sure to offer a wide variation of poses making this class accessible to both intermediate as well as advanced level practitioners.
