An invigorating and energizing class that moves students into backbends with ease. With a steady and evenly paced flow, Cat creates a practice that is accessible for those new to yoga while simultaneously implementing options in poses that will challenge the seasoned yogi. A class that is energizing and grounding, we think this class is a perfect way to start the day.
Props -- A strap and a blanket or bolster (a towel or a firm pillow will work as well) 2 blocks are optional, and we found to be helpful.
