CHAD LEVEL ONE/TWO - EKA PADA KOUNDINYASANA
ROAM ARM BALANCES
•
59m
Chad breaks it down and flows us into fun and freedom in arm balances.
PROPS -- 2 Blocks
For those newer to the practice of yoga, who like to move at a slower pace, are recovering from an injury or simply need that extra bit of time to move in and out of postures while feeling safe and secure. And while the pace of LEVEL ONE/TWO classes aren’t overly fast or vigorous introductory concepts of flow and linking of postures will be explored.
Be prepared to learn about your own body through extended anatomical cueing and holding postures for longer periods of time. Don’t be fooled, however, slower can be harder.

JENN LEVEL 2 - 07/02/2020
A bit of a throwback to the first class in our outdoor studio. Jenn creates a challenging sequence that peaks with Eka Pada Galavasana, "flying pigeon" pose. Work the core, open the hips and strengthen the upper body.

JENN LEVEL 2 - PINCHA MAYURASANA
Jenn works everything as she preps us for Pincha Mayurasana, or forearm stand. Engage intense focus, strengthen the arms and shoulders, activate the core (our favorite!) and flip everything upside down in this incredible pose.
